Our general nutrition philosophy is based on a balanced diet with everything in moderation and eating for health is the long term goal.

 

Most people know what to do, but they just need a little guidance on what to eat, how much it and and how to adapt going forward.

A nutrition audit will evaluate your current diet, and list recommnedations based on calorie intake appropriate to quality of nutrients, lifestyle, activity levels, age, gender.

How much can you change your body in 3 weeks? More than you think – but you need to have a few things in place: smart eating rules, a good exercise plan, the right attitude and guidance and support from a qualified fitness and nutrition professional.

 

This three-week plan has been designed to re-programme your approach to nutrition and to work your body physically, by utilising  efficient systems.  The nutrition plan is a very focussed but simple approach to food and is coupled with daily workouts (no equipment required) lasting no more than 20 – 30 minutes each day.
